What will have written
By  the hour thou goest
To the unknown?
What will have written of thee
From whence thou were born
Till thou livest to the brim?
What will have written of thee that day
When flesh is powerless and
Death's dew lies on thy brow?
Shall good conduct be thy pride
Or disappointment by thy side?
What will have written
Doth lay in thy palm alone.
